I’m a developer working on research for better solutions in the social media, influencer, and content-creator space—especially for those managing or growing on Instagram.

Even with widely used tools like HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc., people still mention pain points and workarounds. So:

    If you’re a:

    • Social Media Manager
    • Influencer / Content Creator
    • Agency professional
    • Instagram specialist

I’d love your honest input on:

    1. The single biggest gap or frustration you face in your current tools or workflow (especially Instagram!).
    2. What feature or improvement would actually speed up or enhance your ability to reach and grow your audience?
    3. If a tool seriously solved that pain point, what would you (or your org/agency) realistically spend per month?

I think the current tool options have it all sorted. People have been working on solving these same problems for a while now so a tool exists to help with pretty much every aspect now.

It sounds like even with platforms you’re using, the biggest frustration is probably still the scattered engagement and inconsistent communication across different channels. For social media managers and agency owners, transforming that chaotic effort into predictable, growth means you need a unified system, not just a scheduler. This week, try dedicating a specific 30-minute block each morning to only engagement, using a single tab or window for all incoming messages, like a shared inbox for your team. Then, implement a simple tagging system for common questions or reply types to speed up your response time by 20% across platforms, moving beyond generic AI outputs. What kind of recurring questions or comments do you see most often that slow you down?

Honestly, using Sociality.io solved most of that for me. It’s not perfect, but it’s the first time I haven’t felt like I’m constantly fighting with tabs.

From my experience, the biggest gap is growth itself, most tools are great at scheduling, analytics, and management, but they don’t actually help you get seen. That’s where I felt the difference using Crescitaly, it handled the visibility side while I used other platforms for planning. Together, it made the workflow way more complete.
