I’m the CMO of a scheduling tool called Metricool. You can easily cross-post to most of the platforms you listed using the Planner feature. FB, IG, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and a few others.

I’m not aware of any app that will allow you to post on next-door or newsbreak.

In my knowledge there is not one perfect tool that covers all of these but some social media management apps like Buffer, Hootsuite or Later can help with scheduling and cross-posting to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. For platforms like Nextdoor and Newsbreak you may still need to post manually.

Finding the right app for cross posting can save a lot of time and keep your content consistent across platforms, and pairing that with steady support from services like crescitalyy makes it easier to focus on creating while still reaching more people.
