Visual IQ multi touch attribution
Hello folks,
Curious if anyone else here works on a client that insists on using this tracking partner. Have no issues with the logic behind multi touch attribution vs last click attribution but the customer service has just been God awful. I had a pixel problem in the last month that took sixteen days to be resolved. VIQ could not figure out the issue to begin with and after a week plus of back and forth with ideas like “rebuild the url tracking on your end and let us know if that works” etc.
No to mention the painfully slow UI.
Anyone else have similar experiences with this company?
