Trying to email someone and getting this message – What do?

There’s two different sites that have a section saying they accept guest posts with an email to send them to. However, when I try to send something to the email addresses provided, I get something like this:
*” Message blocked. Your message to* ***[EMAIL]*** *has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.The response from the remote server was:*
*550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied.* [some numbers I am assuming is an IP address

Sites mailbox might be full and no one is monitoring it anymore, or there could be a technical issue on their side. Try it from a different email to double check but odds are its a lost cause for the moment

It can also be that the IP of the outgoing mail-server is blacklisted by an antispam company, e.g. perhaps other users on the network is sending spam.
