The only people I have seen promoting webflow are people who are making money from affiliate program.
I have never used it so take this with a pinch of salt.
Shopify, wix amongst others are great for design. But when it comes to SEO it can be a different story. I’m not sure if this applies to webflow but I would seriously check it out before the move.
Consider if most traffic will be organic, or social and email. You can research any of these terms by googling so I’ll not explain in detail.
First, you need great content.
Secondly, website speed (so users don’t leave your site before it even loads)
Next, technical SEO such as correct headers, keyword optimisation, snippet optimisation where these apply.
Next is trust, your going to need to work on signals for EAT where this applies.
After that it’s links.
Then it’s wait, see what’s doing well, see what’s not. And optimise again.
