    Your document name is your primary index setting for relevancy (to a key phrase)

    What you want to do is post according to your topical authority or to expand topical authority.

    If you’re posting and not ranking or worse, not getting indexed then typically you’re veering too far from your topical authority.

    As for structure/layout – there is no “proffered” or best standard. No doubt people observe some posts do better – maybe the phrase had higher volume or they had better topical authority but they attest it to their “layout”

    If Google had a preferred layout – it would be well known but also the internet would be a boring place – Google doesnt even care if your h-tags follow the “right” numerical order!

    If Google adopted a preferred structure – it would stifle innovation in communications – which is currently happening at a wide scale.

    I understand people have preferences for content layouts – but this is subjective and the professional preferences dont always (if ever) match the plethora of different audiences.
