TikTok – increase Credits for Ads Account

so I am running ads for various clients in an agency account on tiktok however our rep somehow disappeared. We are running the monthly invoice setup but our credits have run out and we are about to run out of balance – does anyone know how to up the credits? Or does it automatically do so when an invoice has been paid?

Aside from asking a rep, i’d say it is quite likely to reset itself if you do pay the invoice, based on how it works on other social platforms.
