    Howdy all!

I’m sure this has been asked a quatrillion times but let’s be honest, we all started somewhere.

    Few things to note:
    – started making some toks 5 days ago
    – first video got 1k views and about 300 likes
    – second video got 5.5k views and 1200 likes
    – gained 400 followers in those 5 days
    – I post one tok a day at the exact same time
    – I post 10 – 15 seconds of custom tattoo designs

what are some major tips you’d give to someone starting out? I appreciate the reach my videos are getting and the engagement is nice too but I can’t help but feel like I’m missing some “absolutely to do’s” to reach my maximum potential.

I’d appreciate some algo tips, regarding music, analytics, hashtags, titles etc etc etc.

    – should I use custom or official sounds?
    – how good are hashtags/how many should I use?
    – do titles even matter?
    – does following other accounts in your niche help?

    stuff like that..

    Thanks guys ?

Commenting to stick on the thread. I have a client who can’t even get 1 view on any on her videos and it perplexes me as she’s suing official sounds and hashtags.

TikTok is hit or miss. I have a personal and tell business accounts. It’s weird because if I post a TikTok and use that video and post it on IG I may get 3K plus views and sometimes it’s the opposite. Lol

TikTok largely controls whether your video trends or not. Moving the dial on TickTock are mostly influencers so if you can post a video that is influencer driven or driven on a hashtag of influencers you have a better trance to go viral.
