TikTok for business
Posted by on August 18, 2020 at 1:31 pmI am thinking about creating TikTok communication strategy for my Software Development company. But I am not sure if it is better to create an account of the company or is it better to develop an account of our employee who would be talking about her workplace now and then. The goal of communication is mostly HR brand development. What would you recommend? Do you know successful cases about TikTok corporate accounts?

If you make it about her, then it’s about her now and forever. Not a bad strategy, but she could leave the company etc. It potentially will be received better than a brand account, assuming she is interesting. Less effort needed to ‘sell’ the clips. If she is really good at TikTok, go for it.
