[Tiktok] Ads not spending at all
Posted by on June 6, 2021 at 9:42 amI created a new Tiktok business account recently and started two campaigns. Both were approved 2 days ago but they are not spending at all.
I tried increasing the target CPA (15 USD) and duplicating the adgroup but it’s not helping. The videos are mine and not copyrighted. I opened a support ticket 2 days ago but still no reply…

Are you using a custom audience? I tried it once, but found out my list was to narrow to find decent target audience. It started working once I got a bigger list or you can try general targeting
