TikTok Ads gone terribly wrong
Posted by on August 23, 2021 at 10:25 pmHi, I have been testing Tiktok Ads for three days now, the first two days they performed very good, it spent about 50% of my daily Budget with good ROAS.
So today comes, I let the same campaign run, I check at about 10.45 european time, about 55€ were spent, 220€ in conversions were made, very good!
Before wanting to go to bed I check them one last time at about 11PM and all of a sudden 91€ were spent within 2 minutes, reaching only 4k people (same as 5€ reached the hour before).
So my question is, has this ever happened to any of you before, and if yes, can I expect a refund/a correction or what happens?

Why would you get a refund or correction? Short of a major systems error (which would affect more than just you), whatever happened was possible within the rules of the campaign settings you’ve defined.
