  Tik tok + Instagram problems

  Hi everyone,

  So I’ve been posting on tik tok and Instagram for almost 5 years. I mainly post my music content as a small artist. I’ve had a few viral tik toks (none of them music related) and a few viral reels as well (also none music related) but for some reason I cannot get out of the 2-3k followers trap. I’m almost wondering if I should pivot and just try and become an “influencer” and then do music after building a community. It seems like “selling” music right off the bat these days is just impossible to get eyes and ears.
