  • Thoughts on posting schedule / frequency

I’m currently managing accounts that do double posting 5 days a week. However my main issue here is the lack of content. There is no in person content sessions, so all the content goes to creating graphics & using website photos. I’m not seeing any growth on the platforms and would like advice.

I’m big on quality over quantity, but I’m finding a struggle to get both here

If you’re relying mostly on graphics and website photos, posting twice a day usually won’t help growth because the content format itself isn’t very engaging. On platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, fewer but better posts often perform better than high-frequency low-variety content. Instead of double posting, it’s often smarter to reduce the schedule to 3–5 strong posts per week and focus on formats that create engagement, such as short videos, carousels, behind-the-scenes content, or educational posts.

If in-person shoots aren’t possible, try repurposing existing material: turn website content into tips, mini guides, before/after posts, or quick explainer videos. The main issue is likely content variety rather than posting frequency, so improving the type of content will usually drive more growth than simply posting more often.
