For me it’s weekends. Saturday morning can be okay but the rest of Saturday and all day Sunday are my worst days. Weirdly though, my IG stories do super well on weekends

Holidays. If you don’t have your paid campaign working overtime by then, just STFU. You’re gonna get lost in food and family pics. Everyone is in Stories.

Weekends and holidays in my opinion .. But it all depends .. On Tapkeen on example I did not see that much of a difference no matter the day I publish.

imo there isn’t a single “worst day,” it’s more about if your content holds ppl. i’ve had sundays flop and then the next sunday same niche vid blows up. tiktok/ig push based on retention, not calendar.
that said, mid-week (tue/wed) sometimes feels slower for me vs weekends, but again—if the hook + pacing hit, the algo ignores the day. i’d suggest focusing more on tightening your first 2 sec and less on the calendar. you can try running vids thru video analysis tools (e.g. creafico, etc.) to get recommendations on what to improve—once my retention went up, timing mattered way less.

I avoid Mondays-inboxes full, people catching up on work, no time to engage.

the real answer is you never know. once i published a stupid tik tok on Sunday and it hit 1 mil. post when you feel it’s time to post, your audience will find you ❤️💪🏽
