I have been wondering this for a while, as my personal view is anti AI, especially for its impacts within creative spaces, but what does everyone else think about AI's use surrounding social media specifically?

One of the most important things that brands work to achieve is TRUST.

And content that is too obviously AI generated questions that.

Instead of generating graphics, videos, or captions for social media, AI Tools can be used effectively for brainstorming, editing, scheduling, monitoring, etc.

AI is just another tool for creating content. If it’s used creatively, and the content provides value, it shouldn’t matter what tool it was used to create.

Great question! I feel like I’ve developed an allergy to em dashes and analogies. It’s not x it’s y. 1,2, long 3.

Ironically (or not), this post has all the hallmarks of being AI generated.

I haven’t seen much AI slop. And the ones I do see have low views and bad numbers. No one likes hearing the generic AI voice with no emotion and no person or human connection.

People through they could flood the social media platforms with ChatGPT scripts and cheap AI voiceovers are finding out that it’s not a gold mine and aren’t posting as much.

I just did a longer post inns free will group applying the following method and rationale

I started the process with a long speach to claude and asked him to help me sort my thoughts to help me find out where my position land within the myriad of positions and touch the relevant topics being discussed. It helped me write out the notes and structure things in a way so I wouldn’t waste the time of people that know terms, classical fallacies etc. I wanted to make posts that are relevant for that audience there so and enable effectively discussion around matters I know I and others care about.

There’s not a sentence in that post I personally don’t believe to be true and I spent a few hours wrestling with claude after the first transcript / «verdict» as it brought questions I’d never thought about to my attention. After that I had a starting point for what ultimately ended up as my post.

I personally don’t mind if people use AI to learn and even assist in writing as long as it helps to bring clarity, filter out noise/misunderstandings and – most importantly – that those who post have full ownership of the content/ideas posted.

disturbing how people are so dishonest as to pretend they wrote or created something they didn’t

i see ai written posts everywhere. also videos of humans reading from ai script. it fools a lot of dumb people.

I instantly block any AI reels/accounts I see on my for you page (or the algorithm would keep feeding be that kind of content) or if I hear the AI voice such as foodie Instagram or tiktok accounts for example.
