Supplements Getting Marked as Restricted Items. Need Help With Google Merchant Center Issues

I run a supplement store, but Google keeps flagging my products for violating their healthcare policies and marking them as “restricted items.” I hired an agency to help, and they believe the issue is that my product titles include the word “Liposomal” (all of my supplements use liposomal delivery).
They’re telling me the only solution is to apply for Google’s Pharmacy / Healthcare Products Certification.
Has anyone here gone through this process? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

That could be it but it could also be something on your site is triggering this GMC flag. A supplement store does not tell us much. It is likely some word in your feed and or on your site. Knowing more about what the restriction says might shed more light onto the issue.
