Struggling to get an awesome landing page for a home improvement / Windows company
Posted by on October 10, 2020 at 9:41 pmIve tried a few landing pages now but seem to get a very low Google score of 3 out of 10 and my CTR is only around 4%.
Does anyone have any tips for this industry I’m in or even know of some example landing pages that can help me increase my CTR / conversions?
Our landing pages is all about getting leads to fill in a form with their name, email address and phone number, who are interested in getting new windows for their house.

Ad should match the page 100%. For the page, test it in mobile, page speed ensure https etc. Have strong CTAs, a compelling offer, social proof and bullet point out any objection arguments. Put yourself in the prospects shoes and what objections would they have to overcome to giving their personal info. Sounds like you are targeting bottom of funnel so your quantity of leads will be lower anyhow. Finally, test different things with google optimize. Also, maybe you should look at local service ads if they are available for your region and industry

What’s your process for building these landing pages?
Do you have a testing protocol in place? What does the copy look like? If it could come out of a lorem ipsum generator, you should change it.

Try using the actual company website instead of a “landing page”.
