    Hey everyone,

I’ve been running a small YouTube channel for a few months now where I post memes and funny takes on corporate life — you know, that daily grind, 9 to 6 chaos, meetings that could’ve been emails, and all that stuff 😂

It’s a mix of humor, daily vlogs, and relatable moments that most of us working folks go through. The thing is, I’m not sure if this niche actually has growth potential or if I’m just shouting into the void. Some days, I get a few laughs and comments, and other days… nothing.

I’m not chasing fame, I just want to build a small community that relates to the real struggle of balancing work, life, and a little bit of humor.

So, what do you guys think — do meme-style vlogs around corporate life have a real chance to grow in 2025? Or should I tweak the content direction a bit?

Would love to hear your honest thoughts or if anyone else is in a similar boat. 🙌

If you see the core fundamental of social media platforms like instagram, they are used by people for entertainment (or you can call it Fun) purpose.

Your format of content can be anything but it needs to have fun.
On instagram your entertainment should be over the top or a little cringe kinda fun
On YouTube your content needs to have good information paired with decent fun or entertainment.

When your fun is sorted in the content it depends on the edit.
You don’t need to do pro level editing but basic stuff like when you’re delivering a joke ther should be an appropriate SFX that makes your joke sounds even more funny.

now as you’ve mentioned, it seems like your content has fun, so there is a good scope of building a small community.
But there is no link of your vlogs so I don’t have an idea how the edit looks like.
If you weren’t doing this in your videos maybe add that and see if there is a difference.

It’s never necessarily about what you’re saying, but how you’re saying it. So, is there growth potential? Absolutely, but I think you need to real focus on the delivery of your assets. Start asking yourself what you’re bringing to the table that is different; why would your content stand out in a sea of creators? How do you hook people?

There is obviously room for expansion in your field, in my opinion. Office politics, useless meetings, and the 9 to 5 grind are all examples of corporate humor that is quite realistic and makes people chuckle. Consider meme pages that flourish on the same concept or television programs like The Office.

Tightening the format—fast pace, powerful hooks in the opening seconds, subtitles, and short-form versions like TikTok or YouTube Shorts—might be beneficial. More people are likely to reach and interact with that style.

Inconsistent traction shouldn’t deter you. Often, it comes down to being consistent and adjusting your delivery. In the midst of burnout, you’re creating something that people desperately need. Continue. The niche is sound; you just need to continuously improving your presentation.
