Stop repeat customers from seeing Facebook Ads
Posted by on July 3, 2020 at 12:09 pmSeriously what is the best way to prevent repeat customers from seeing my Facebook ads that we run all the time?
I don’t mind if customers who have purchased once before see them, but we have customers from two years ago that are still seeing ads and liking them all the time.. I feel it’s a waste at this point as they will buy again when ready and don’t need to be retargeted.
I’ve tried excluding my email list, past purchases and web visits but the conversion ads still come across their Facebook page..

This requires segmented CRM audience data. So you would collate all users who have repeated more than one purchase (this would ideally update automatically & frequently) and then upload that as a custom audience, then use that audience in your ad sets under Exclude audiences.
