Starting SMM, but don’t know how to research…tips? courses you can share?
Posted by on June 21, 2020 at 6:58 amHello I just started SMM for a nonprofit but I want to upskill for career building. I wanted to know how you all research for your audience/market.
My nonprofit is extremely small so we don’t get a lot of engagement that I can bank off of, and no budget that can be alloted to test ads/hire firms.
If you have any advice or can share some online courses please comment, much appreciated in advance 🙂

Check out Sparktoro for audience research. You get a few searches at the free level. It’s a fairly new tool but super powerful at gathering insights for your personas.
I’m not sure what type of courses you are looking for but Hubspot and Hootsuite might be a great place to start if this is new to you.

If you want to learn new things, YouTube is a great platform for a start.
