Standard disclaimer text: duplicate content?

Hi. Below all my posts I have the same disclaimer text (about 350 words). Will this count as duplicate content? And if so; how do I avoid/fix this? Thanks!

Could you not put the disclaimer on a single page and link to it from each post?
