some wins, and questions
Posted by on January 4, 2021 at 4:27 ami started my blog on december 13th, connected it to search console, wrote some articles and made some youtube videos, and then forgot about it for a week or two. I then checked google search console and saw that it was starting to rank, albeit in the 50s, but still, progress! people are seeing my website showing up in google!
So question, i have auto ads placed on my site, it looks pretty ugly, (my site in general is pretty ugly) do you think i should take them down for now? or would it be worth it to keep them up? Also my site is loaded with affiliate links..

I think it’s time to revamp your site. As you are telling that your site is getting click’s from Search engine if people don’t find your site relevant they will bounce back to search engine and it will gave a wrong impression to the search engine. Make your site easily accessible and remove non appropriate ads from it. Maybe it will help..

Start adding more niche related content it will help you gain more visitor.

If the ads get in the way of the user experience then yes I would take them down for now.
