Some assistance with canonicals here would be great.

I’ve got a ton of URLs in the ” **Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user** ” category and when I click “Inspect URL” not all of them show the Google-defined canonical. It tells me the user-defined one but for the Google defined one it say “N/A.”
Has this ever happened to you? Has it affected your rankings at all?
And how did you solve it? If it was a problem.​

That happens. It is normal if these pages are redirecting to another page OR don’t have self canonical URL
