Software to track multiple accounts / hashtags (like Hootsuite)

I work at a Startup accelerator in North Germany. We have about 16 teams going through our program each year, and we want to track the progress during and after they work with us (alumni) in the form of a social media feed, e.g. to repost their progress
I’ve seen multiple platforms for a public social media wall that aggregates posts (e.g. for an event), but these solutions are mostly too expensive (either >$500 a month or custom solutions in the four-figure range).
We are a state-funded accelerator so the budget is meagre.
Can you recommend a platform that will do the following?
– aggregate posts from
– multiple users
– multiple platforms
– in a single view
– (optional, but helpful) allow reposting
