    Hi everyone,

I work at a financial services provider and broker group that owns 5 business units in asset brokering and loans provider for cars, business equipment etc. 3 of them provides the same service (loans) and 2 in asset brokering just under a different name for different states.

The group hires third party marketing agencies to take care of the social media (FB, LinkedIn and IG) for each of them. Due to COVID-19, the group stopped giving them the work and passed it on to me to manage instead. Before this, I’ve been focusing on creative production, EDMs and SEO.

Now the company expects me to do 3 posts a week for each of the 5 BUs while managing other marketing tasks like EDMs.

I’ve been told by the higher ups that I should just recycle old content (despite it being bad performing). I prefer the approach to the contents are to be unique, but I’m finding it difficult to keep up with the expectations for 3 posts per week for each 5 BUs for all 3 platforms..

    TLDR:

Would love to hear some insights and advice on how to manage 3 posts a week for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram each for 5 business units (3/5 are similar in terms of services and 2/5 are similar).

Develop a content schedule + find a choice of platform to manage your scheduling.
Perhaps start with content that those companies can help you provide. For example, a meet the team – mini-bio on each staff member, ask them each for 5x best tips for Xyz, ask them about case studies, or if you can’t disclose case studies situational cases. E.g
Situation 1 – Uni student, student loan debt, car debt, saving for first home – what tips. Situation 2 – sole trader, a small business with 2 staff but requires 3x company cars for cleaning service – give advice. Just get enough to schedule a couple of weeks ahead, so you can be a little more on top of things. GL
