Smart Shopping Working, But Can’t open Shopping Campaign?

I had been testing some of my products in my shop.
First, I test as a normal shopping campaign, with clicks as a target. 1 product won so I took that into the manual CPC shopping campaign. I was in big loss -100% ROI So I’m losing money, this went on about for days, negative keywords didn’t help too much.
Before giving up I tried a smart shopping campaign. It worked awesomely I’m in 250% ROARS and the business has the potential to grow…
Now I’m concern about what I should do. Should I move over to the ROARS target shopping campaign or just increase the daily budget for my smart campaign.
I heard I should i run a shopping campaign and smart campaign stimulus as it negatively impacts the shopping campaign.
It’s okay for me to just run this smart campaign but I have new arrivals in my shop that I would love to test with a shopping campaign. do you guys open a new ads account in this case? or running it on same ad account is okay?

Keep using the Smart Shopping campaigns if they are working. Don’t try to use manual campaigns until you have a thorough understanding of all settings and how to optimize, or until you can afford a professional to manage campaigns for you.

Hard to give you real advice as this post lacks details around what your ad spend, how long things have been running… beyond you tried manual for days. Shopping campaign performance should be measure in weeks and if not months, not days. If you are ad spend is not huge, then you might as well continue with smart shopping for now.
