Smart Campaigns – how to show on reports?

Has anyone had a problem with smart campaigns not showing on reports (data studio) or tools such as SA360? We’ve got conversions but cannot source these campaigns. Any help would be great, thanks!

By smart campaigns do you mean smart shopping?
For which engine?
Google Ads smart shopping report on SA360 seamlessly as long as you have the merchant center account linked.So I’m assuming there is some element you are missing here.
