Small change, big impact
Posted by on November 26, 2025 at 10:12 pmI wanted to share something that worked really well for one of my clients, and also hear other ideas from you guys.
I added a WhatsApp chat button to their website. Nothing fancy, just a simple popup that lets visitors message directly. After about a week, my client came back saying it was amazing. People actually used it and loved having a real person to talk to instead of a form or email.
It’s connected to their business number, and they can either handle chats themselves or have someone else step in when they’re busy. It just feels more personal and human, and clearly users value that.
What are your thoughts on this? Has anyone else tried adding a WhatsApp chat button or something similar?
If yes, I would love to hear how it worked out for you. Always curious to see how other people handle direct messaging on websites and whether you think it’s worth it long-term.If anyone has ideas for similar small additions that actually make a difference, I would love to hear them.
