Site structure quandary

I’m in the process of compiling a transport guide for my local city to serve as a resource for tourists. In planning out my site structure I came across a couple of options that I’m keen to hear your thoughts on.
Option 1 – Page for Bus travel that contains all information on bus routes, fares, timetables etc.
Option 2 – Generic Bus page that then links to separate pages e.g Bus/timetables, bus/fares etc.
I can see pro’s and cons for both, is one superior to the other or am I overthinking it?

Option 2 IMO, and then have links to each from the others
