Shopify API event not matching with Facebook ads manager
Posted by on July 1, 2021 at 2:06 amHi guys, after the new update of Shopify, my ads manager doesn’t recode any event like it usually. It does not show the purchase event in the ads manager or sometimes updates the wrong purchase event in the campaign ( I was setup UTM tracking so I know if it show me wrong campaign ). Any idea what happens with Shopify and Facebook right now?
