SEO shows old website in Google search. Please help!

I am reactively new to SEO and I did Google the answer but I cant seem to figure out the answer to my question.
I had a landing page before ( what shows now in Google Search) and recently I completely redid my page. I use Leadpages for my site/pages.
I looked at SEO setting and it was empty. I then updated to what I would want the first line to say under my site in the search but it still show old info.
I a, just wondering on how to change it… If you look at [vitana.ca](https://vitana.ca) in Google search you will know what I mean.

it takes time to update. have you submitted the page for indexing through GSC?
