Branded is a lagging indicator as well as a leading indicator of the success of marketing combined operations, customer satisfaction and a direct KPI of PR.
One isn’t better than the other – they are usually related but might not be . It depebds on relationship over time….
Branded is also a weave of keywords. Just brand on its own could indicate long term return traffic or PR outcomes, while branded+generic is a sign of short-medium return traffic
