Same products different Merchant Center
Posted by on March 9, 2021 at 10:47 amWe are preparing a move of domains. I am setting up a new merchant center account for the new domain. We want to run a test soon with the new domain feeds. As the products will be the same, just the urls will be different, will this cause a problem with Google in the sense of double serving. Wanted to run the old merchant center account and the new one parallel for a while, until the domain transition is completed.

There should not be an issue in theory. Since there are 2 different sites for each GMC account.

As long as the landing page URL is different this should not be an issue. I have done this multiple times in the past, without any problem.
