Same budget but drastic drop in reach and clicks (FB ads)

I know most others who are using FB ads have the same issue due to the iOS issue, but I’m wondering if anyone also noticed a huge drop in reach for their campaigns? All of my campaigns are setup for conversions, but my CPC has skyrocketed to around $3.50-$4 (before it was around $1.30-$1.60). The only “major” edits I did was budget.

most people have the same issue right now, super high CPMs, low CTRs… something is broken.
