Running Facebook Ads from an Inactive Facebook Account

We used to post content to facebook, but have not updated it in ~18months.
I’m trying to find a way to run facebook advertising for my organization, but it doesn’t seem like I’m able to do so with a disabled account.
Is there a way to have a skeleton account and still run advertisements? If not, is there a way to hide my company page feed so it’s just revealing critical & contact information?

At first, try to contact the customer care and unlock the account, if is not possibile there are some workarounds but try this first
