Restricted Facebok Ad Account Solution?
Posted by on January 13, 2021 at 5:26 pmSo a few days ago I posted here about my ad account getting disabled. I’ve contacted Facebook live chat and they told me to wait until their team takes a look at my case. It’s been a week and I haven’t recieved any response.
I saw a guy on Youtube, I won’t give his name and tbh I don’t find him trustworthy at all. His video had comments of different accounts (Most of them look real they have real videos, and they seem to have joined Youtube years ago and the video was uploaded just a few months ago so I’m not sure if those comments are legit or not) Almost all comments are about how this dude saved their ad account and things like that. Then I checked his Instagram account, has around 1.5k followers and his highlights had his chats with people that he has helped(?) All saying that their ad account is back up working.
Then I contacted this guy just to learn how he does this and then decide if I want to ask for this guys help. He wanted screenshots of my promotion payments page and the page it takes me when I try to apply. He said he needed the 15 digits number on my promotion payments page: [this](https://imgur.com/a/Ejchmcj). I have no idea what that number is but I think I shouldn’t share it with anyone so I said that I’d contact him tomorrow.
So what he said is that he needs that number and also needs me to type in my password for my account by using team viewer. Says it’s all secure and he will handle the rest to get my account back, it may take around a few days or up to a few weeks. (Obviously he’s not doing this for free he takes around 90 USD.)

When someone talks about using “Teamviewer” to help you that’s a really bad sign. The guy can snatch your password and do god knows what.
Also what could this random guy on Instagram possibly do to reverse the FB account ban?

How in the heck were you able to chat with Facebook Live Support lol… it tells me that it’s been “unavailable” for over a month now
