    The social team at my work has a weekly update they send out highlighting PR and new organic posts and how many impressions each post gets and the readership of PR.

    I manage AdWords (search and display) and have a weekly report with performance and trends that is highly informative but boring for senior leadership.

    Any ideas on how to get my senior leadership more engaged with my channels.

    FYI, my conversions dwarfs social in scale but search and display are considered “consideration” in the funnel and social and PR is considered “awareness”.

    Just tell them how much money you are making them and profitable you are. That is what most senior people care about.

    This is kind of obvious (maybe), but use lots of graphs and different ways to illustrate your findings and ideas. Also, on top of showing the required data they need to see from you, give context into these findings and talk about why they are important, and what makes you excited about your findings.
