Red alert of intellectual property violation on Facebook

I got a message for an intellectual property infringement for sharing a video like 8 months ago on my FB page. Now my Page Quality still shows this red alert remembering the violation.
I sent an appeal with no response, so I just have to wait.. but, how much? I heard that this kind of violation lasts 12 months, I’d like to have a confirm.
