Recommendations For Analytics Software

I am working with a software company and it is clearly obvious we need a tracking option that is user-based as opposed to the free, session-based tracking of Google Analytics. I would be the only person using it to match the UTM tracking and the visitor behaivor.
Does anyone have any recommendations besides paying $150,000 for the annual plan of premium Google Analytics?

Hyros is good but I also heard google are updating their cookies policy that’ll make softwares like Hyros a bit redundant
