    For people running home service lead generation across google, Meta, and Microsoft, have you found any effective methods to stop real estate leads coming in for your clients who don’t want them?

    if you’re getting them, that means you’re paying for them.

    You likely have your keywords set to broad or phrase and they are showing up whenever someone searches something *related* to a home. Do you currently work with an agency to manage PPC?

    Never had this issue… I don’t know how you managed to get those.
    (ran campaigns for roofing, siding, window replacement, kitchen & bathroom remodel etc)
    Have you checked the Audience network for MS Ads? Probably it’s coming from a few players then.

    Add real estate negatives at account level so they filter across all campaigns

    you’re not going to be able to eliminate these completely because like you said in the comments, they’re likely searching using the same terms as your target audience, so adding negatives would also prevent your target audience from reaching you.

    best option you have really is to do a better job qualifying via your lead gen form and tracking marketing qualified leads as your primary conversion. maybe stop driving phone call leads if phone call leads tend to be low intent.

    this way at least google ads bidding algo isn’t being trained to bring you more of these type of low quality leads.
