    Rankings going up and down – what does this mean?

    Semrush is showing me a large volatility in the position ranking. I have a couple of keywords that just go up and down, e.g. from 30 to 100.

    What does it mean and how can I adjust my strategy?

    Ask Semrush. It is their ranking.

    Could be the Google dance depending on the age of the site. Could be your competition is upping their game. Could be SEMRush messin with you. Make sure your on-page and off-site SEO is on point. Keep adding quality backlinks and content for those keywords and it should settle itself down. Remember tools are tools-and sometimes they’re full of shite-just sayin.
