Quitting Social ending?

Just imagine someone who is trying to leave social media since I got into digital marketing. I make people use it. For research i have to use it. Also i know the pros and cons for being a user and advertiser. I feel overwhelmed in every 14-20 days.

100% got off my personal social media and just use it for business now. I engage with customers and potential clients, but it’s not for fun anymore. It is way too consuming.
