  • Question for People Who Post About Multiple Interests on Social Media (Gary Vee Advice)

Gary Vaynerchuk often talks about not forcing yourself into a single niche on social media. His argument is that you should post about the different things you genuinely care about as a person—sports, business, hobbies, etc.—because that’s who you really are.

He says this can lead to unexpected opportunities. For example, someone might discover your account because of a post about sports, check out your profile, and then realize you also run a business or create something they’re interested in.

I’m curious if anyone here has actually experienced this.

Have you posted about a variety of interests on your account and seen positive results from it (new clients, fans, opportunities, collaborations, etc.) that came from someone discovering you through an unrelated post?

Or in your experience, is it still better to stay tightly focused on one niche?

Would love to hear real examples if you have them.
