What goals can we generally set within PPC as an individual contributor with our superiors to say at our annual review, “I did all the things you asked of me, and went above and beyond. Now I’d like that raise you promised me” ?

In Europe, monthly salaries are often specified rather than annual ones, which is why European minimums can be deceptive.
