    Ppc & business dashboard

Posted by opantomineiro on September 2, 2025 at 4:15 pm

    Hello guys,

I am a ppc manager and digital marketer and i am looking for a solution to see woocomerce data, google ads and meta ads data combined in a real time dashboard.

This gets tricky because i want to see spend and revenue per product and per New vs recurring customers

Looker studio and google sheets seem very clunky. Is there any option built out of the box?

    Thank you very much

Looker + a bridge tool like Supermetrics is the gold standard. It’s as clunky or as streamlined as you want to make it.

Pretty much any data viz tool will accomplish what you are looking for out of the box, just with limited ability to parse the data or structure it in the ‘ideal’ way. Databox, agency analytics, etc. are places to start but there’s dozens of competitors out there doing the same thing.

I don’t think any popular reporting tools offer a native Woocommerce integration. With something like Swydo you can integrate the data from a CSV or Google sheet, assuming you can export WC data into one of those formats as needed.

Swydo has native integrations for Google Ads and Meta Ads so that’s not an issue.

It does also support combined data fields, but there are quite a few limitations to that.

Did you try agencyanalytics? They can be useful Or / and You will need to use n8n onetime to set up and then the data can flow in sheets , from there you can send it to any app

Like everyone else would say Supermetrics is the easiest way to do this. Databricks is also a solution but has limited customizability.

Databox can handle that, np. They have native integrations with WooCommerce plus most other marketing channels (incl the ones you asked about). What’s especially useful is the ability to create calculated metrics – making ROAS reporting easy.

HMU if you want more info!

Oof, the product-level attribution with new vs. returning customer breakdown is the holy grail that makes every PPC manager’s life so much easier. You’re right that Looker Studio can get messy fast when you’re trying to connect WooCommerce product data to ad spend.

For what you’re describing, here are the options that actually handle WooCommerce well:

**Supermetrics** probably has the most robust WooCommerce integration out of the box. You can pull product-level revenue data and match it against your Google/Meta spend pretty cleanly. The new vs. returning customer segmentation works well too, though the interface can feel a bit overwhelming.

**Whatagraph** has decent WooCommerce connectors and their visualization for e-commerce metrics is solid. The product performance breakdowns are clean, though the real-time aspect isn’t quite as snappy as you might want.

I work at **DashThis**, and while we don’t have a direct WooCommerce connector, the Google Sheets integration actually gives you more flexibility than most native connections. You can customize exactly which WooCommerce metrics you want to pull and how they connect to your ad data. You can integrate directly with google ads, google analytics and all other most popular marketing tools. Plus, if you’re managing multiple clients (which sounds like your situation), DashThis makes it super easy to duplicate successful dashboard setups across different accounts – that template reusability is clutch when you’re scaling. It’s also the most affordable option on the market, and our support team will actually walk you through the WooCommerce setup if you get stuck (Canadian nice strikes again).

Curious what woocomerce data you’re looking to pull? I’ve seen most platforms pull ad data from various sources
