Please help me to figure out why my multilanguage site is not getting indexed while the sitemaps are okay
Posted by on February 23, 2026 at 10:25 amAlthough the sitemaps are okay, the crawlchecker sees no problem, still both Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster does not index some of my pages.Href links and canonical rels are also okay.
What could be the problem? Any suggestions are welcom

Sounds like you’ve covered the most common issues. How are the pages for duplicate content? Are they separate URLs? Having multilingual pages set to the same URL could also cause indexing issues.
This might seem obvious but it’s worth mentioning to check if any plugins or page settings are setting the page to “noindex.” I’ve had very tech savvy clients that have missed this.

If your pages have been crawled, it can’t be a technical issue. Your problem is due to a lack of authority.
