  Page Owner can’t access certain features on mobile. Is this common?

  I am an admin for our Facebook page. My partner is the owner.

  We’ve realized that I have access to certain features that he, for some reason, does not:
  – when holding my finger on a user’s comment, the option to “Ban User”
  – the ability, using the little dropdown that appears (for me) on each post, to comment as the Page. The dropdown doesn’t appear for him, so he can only comment as himself.

  Is this a glitch? It seems odd that the owner of a page would not have the same permissions as n admin. Thanks for any insight!
