    Although our fb ad account is reporting very few conversions, I’m certain this is not the case as Shopify revenue is still up and our only paid channel. This means FB is driving conversions over to our site still but FB ads is barely reporting half of all of the conversions. Feels like we are flying completely blind.

    Anyone try 3rd party reporting software and do they actually track and attribute conversions to ads and campaigns better?

    In the exact same boat. I described it to someone as being in the ocean treading water, and you keep hearing music from land oh so close. You know you’re doing fine and you’ll be on land soon, but just don’t know which way to swim.

    Seriously though, it’s good ads are working, as it’s our sole channel of paid promotion. But I know there’s waste happening and truly wish FB could show us what’s working and what we need to kill. Going off CTR rates at the ad set level for now.

    Only thing thats helping me is UTM tags and using Analytics to see which ad set it came from
