Our FB ads and campaigns are still generating revenue for our clients, but we’re flying completely blind. Event tracking has completely dropped off in the last few days, anyone else having the same experience? Do 3rd party tracking software help attribution?
Although our fb ad account is reporting very few conversions, I’m certain this is not the case as Shopify revenue is still up and our only paid channel. This means FB is driving conversions over to our site still but FB ads is barely reporting half of all of the conversions. Feels like we are flying completely blind.
Anyone try 3rd party reporting software and do they actually track and attribute conversions to ads and campaigns better?
