So as the title indicates, when I went to publish my PPC campaign I got this error message.
I setup a Google PPC search campaign for 4 keywords with exact match and manual CPC.
The bidding prices are exactly based off of what I found from Google Keyword Planner.
Am I missing something here?

Where are your ads set to run – what are the location settings? There might just not be enough people searching those 4 precise keywords in the area (for exact match, they have to search the exact keyword – nothing more, nothing less).
