No Audio on Reels, No Music on Stories!?

I’m in Canada where Instagram Music is available. I have three IG accounts signed in on my phone – one is used by only me and it’s not a public account, the others are business accounts and have multiple users in multiple devices from 2 different countries where Instagram Music is available in both.
While I can add music to my stories and audio to Reels in my personal, private account, I can’t use those features in other business accounts. I have updated my Instagram app, deleted the app and downloaded it back but no luck so far. I have watched a Youtube video that recommends using VPN which I won’t do because it’s not a country problem since Instagram Music is available where I am located.
Anybody experiencing the same thing? Anybody has found a solution? Any help is much appreciated! It annoys me so much ?

Had the same issue with one of my business accounts. Contacted support several times but no response. Reappeared a couple months later.

Temporary solution for getting music onto reels whilst it’s not actually an option.
After messing around I have managed to sort a workaround I wanted to share.
Step 1. Go to explore and select a Reel. Step 2. Find a reel playing music you want Step 3. In the bottom left where it has the name of the song and artist scrolling along, tap it. Step 4. You should now be on a page for the song and there should be a button saying ‘use audio’ Step 5. Once you press ‘use audio’ it takes you to the reels page to either make a video or select a pre-made 15 second video, pick the video you want and select ‘upload’ Step 6. As normal now, you click the next arrow and it will show your video for trimming or just accepting, but the music you selected will be playing on the video. Step 7. Write some copy, hashtags don’t seem make any difference, but maybe put a few key ones in and Post it. Boom ?
And that’s it. I know you can’t be picky on the songs, but if you know an account that’s used a song you like, go to their reel and use the process above. Let me know if this works for you. I’m on an Huawei P20 and this solution works for me.

I’m having the same issue with one of my business accounts. It hasn’t had music for YEARS for stories and now that reels are here, no music for reels.
I’ve tried:
Updating app
Airplane mode trick
Uninstalling and reinstalling
VPN trick for several countriesNo dice. Every comment on every platform says that there’s never a response from “customer service,” so if anyone has any other options, I’m begging you: please let me know.

I have 3 business accounts on my phone (Huawei P20 Pro) On one account I get audio on reels and the other two no! I keep checking back to see if they finally get audio thinking it’s a temporary glitch but nothing. I get audio for stories in the one it works for reels but not on the others. So frustrating because feel like I’m missing out on major marketing opportunities through it and I have no idea how to fix it! I am in the UK.

I tried tapping in the area where the audio button should be (above the speed button) and it opened up the music library for me. It was invisible on my Reels for some reason.
